It’s really hard to know what to make of this game. At its core, the game is a fun co-op game that can get addicting. It’s challenging and requires real teamwork to get through the levels. But on the flip side, it’s extremely broken right now. We were booted from a mission multiple times. I would estimate up to 15 times, sometimes being only seconds from finishing a mission. Hit detection is wonky right now and outside of the cinematic trailers and opening cutscenes, the story is pretty average. It’s definitely not what people expected when the game was first announced, and that’s something that will hold it back a lot. But I do think, that once the issues are fixed, it’s definitely a fun and worthwhile game, if you enjoy a team oriented «horde» or «waves» type of game.
Storywise there’s not much that goes on in the missions, so we left very very little outside of just the cutscenes. We did record our voices during gameplay by accident, but we decided just to leave some of that in because it’s not too distracting. The cutscenes should be clear of any outside chatter.
