Manobala (born 8 December 1953) is a Tamil director, producer and comedian actor who predominantly plays supporting roles. He has appeared in nearly 800 films.[2][3] Manobala has directed 40 films, 19 television serials and 9 tele-films during his career as a director.[4][5]

Vadivel Balaji is an Indian actor. His debut film was En Rasavin Manasile (1991). Vadivel won the Tamil Nadu State Film Award for Best Comedian for his works in Kaalam Maari Pochu (1996), Vetri Kodi Kattu (2000) and Thavasi (2001). He won Filmfare Award for Best Comedian — Tamil for the film Chandramukhi (2005). Vadivel also received accolades for his role in Imsai Arasan 23m Pulikesi (2006), Marudhamalai (2007), Kathavarayan (2008), Aadhavan (2009) and Tenaliraman (2014). He has the films Eli and Sutta Pazham Sudatha Pazham lined up.
