Children Allege Torture



EGYPT — Human rights groups in Egypt are claiming hundreds of children are being illegally detained in prisons and tortured. Groups of more than ten people are not allowed to meet in public places without prior governmental permission. An excuse police find to detain children and then beat, electrocute and sexually molest them according to witness statements.
