After watching thousands of episodes, it’s interesting to see how their humor has evolved. Pokemon Firered, for example, feels more high-energy, rapid-fire, even frantic (in a good way), whereas the humor here feels more calm, focused, and narrative. I know some people have a very strong preference for one over the other, but I personally love both!
