Quite a twisted song. The title ‘SPRING’ translates to ‘JUMP’.
The song seems to be about someone who climbed up high on a bridge but the people below think he’s about to commit suicide. In a twisted turn of fate as he’s coming back down they force him back up again demanding him to SPRING (jump). Part of the lyrics are disturbing; ‘sie wollen seine innereien’ (they want his insides) There’s a sadness to it as well when the man replies ‘ich wollte nur zur aussicht gehen’ (I just wanted to see the view!)
