Darksiders III takes place parallel to the events of the previous games in what is described as a dilapidated, war-torn planet Earth. It follows the protagonist Fury, Rider of the Black Horse, sister Horseman of the Apocalypse, and one of the last of the Nephilim, in her quest to hunt down and destroy the Seven Deadly Sins, as ordered by the Charred Council.
The game was lots of fun, as expected. We did, however, encounter some technical difficulties. Missing textures, slow loading of new areas, bad lip syncing, weird cutscenes glitches (characters moving fastly into place). These are the type of things that can easily get fixed by a patch, but I’d be remiss not to mention it. For the most part, it didn’t detract from the fun.
As always we used relevant gampelay, important dialogue and all cutscenes to stitch together a fluid cinematic experience.
