I believe the Star Wars sequel trilogy needs to deliver a happy ending to round out the Skywalker family saga. This is the part-two video where I explain why I think that’s the case. In the first part, I gave an argument based on Joseph Campbell’s perspective of the dual theme of tragedy and comedy as it relates to mythology. In this video, I explore the same argument, but from the «up-ending/down-ending» perspective brought up in Robert McKee’s landmark book on screenwriting, Story.
