Huawei Nova 3e smartphone was launched in March 2018. The phone comes with a 5.84-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080 pixels by 2280 pixels.
The Huawei Nova 3e is powered by 1.7GHz octa-core processor and it comes with 4GB of RAM. The phone packs 64GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 256GB via a microSD card. As far as the cameras are concerned, the Huawei Nova 3e packs a 16-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 24-megapixel front shooter for selfies.
The Huawei Nova 3e runs Android 8.0 and is powered by a 3000mAh. It measures 148.60 x 71.20 x 7.40 (height x width x thickness) and weighs 145.00 grams.
The Huawei Nova 3e is a dual SIM (GSM and GSM) smartphone that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, FM, 3G and 4G. Sensors on the phone include Proximity sensor, Accelerometer and Ambient light sensor.

The company also makes Android smartphones and tablets. Recently it has stepped into the smartwatch market with an Android Wear based device. It is another one of the big smartphone manufacturers from China.
Huawei Nova 3e also known as Huawei P20 lite is a slightly more advanced smartphone than the previously released Huawei Nova 2i. It comes with a typical new generation iPhone design on the front. The back side is quite different and one of a kind. It is a good looking phone with a large full HD+ display. Camera quality is decent in daylight and there are some lackings in the night shots. Performance is pretty good with 4 GB RAM and octa-core CPU. But Mali T830 CPU may provide some small lags while playing big HD games. USB type-c, OTG, fingerprint, fast battery charging and HUAWEI Histen 4.0 audio are some of its fine features. Overall, a decent deal for the price but it is nothing too special. 4K video or gorilla glass etc. features are missing in this phone.
Ahead of the official launch of the Huawei P20 next week, Huawei has revealed it’s lower-priced model, the nova 3e in the Middle East. This model is also expected to be known as the P20 Lite in other markets and gives us a glimpse into the design that Huawei is expected to adopt for the P20 and P20 Pro.
The 18.7:9 LCD screen is 5.84 inches and has a resolution of 1080 x 2280, which translates to Full HD+ and that’s what we see in most mid-ranged handsets.

The HUAWEI nova 3e has a dual-lens camera setup on the back. The 16MP sensor features an f/2.0 aperture with a pixel size of 1.12 μm which should help take better low light shots. The secondary camera is a 2MP f/2.2 sensor to help create bokeh effects.
With the nova 3e, Huawei’s focus is more on the front camera. The 16MP f/2.0 sensor with a pixel size of 1.0 μm and a FOV wide angle of 78° should help get wider angles to take selfies with friends.
The HUAWEI nova 3e runs Android Oreo, overlaid with Huawei’s own EMUI 8.0 interface. If you’ve used a Huawei phone before you’ll know what to expect here, but this is one of the heavier Android skins, and quite different from stock Android.
